This was also clear, when DSB chose Aarsleff Rail A/S and the Aarsleff subsidiary, Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, as new contractor for the 1.5bn DKK Hard FM contract.

Aarsleff Rail A/S and Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S were chosen as supplier for the 5 years Hard FM contract with DSB with option to extend for an additional 3 years. The deliveries under the contract consist of maintenance of buildings and technical installations.

FORTEM was part of the bid team responsible for bid writing and quality assurance, ensuring that the offer reflected the benefits of the robust organization and innovative technical solutions that Aarsleff Rail and Wicotec Kirkebjerg possess, as well as the synergies and skill development stemming from the structured methods and processes of the companies.
