The high quality that Aarsleff Rail delivers was also clear, when DSB chose Aarsleff Rail A/S and the Aarsleff subsidiary Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, as new contractors for the 1.5bn DKK Hard FM contract.

Aarsleff Rail A/S and Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S were chosen as suppliers for the five year long Hard FM contract with DSB, which included an option to extend the contract for an additional three years. The deliveries under the contract consist of maintenance of buildings as well as technical installations.

FORTEM was part of the bid team responsible for bid writing and quality assurance, ensuring that the offer reflected the benefits of the strong organisation and innovative technical solutions that Aarsleff Rail and Wicotec Kirkebjerg delivers, as well as the synergies and skill development stemming from the structured methods and processes of the companies.

The bid process was intensive, and a systematic approach for continuous improvement of the bid material was part of ensuring that the offer today forms a firm basis for a successful partnership between the companies and DSB.
