We have great experience with helping companies win public tenders. We assist both national and international clients and help them write, structure and assure the quality of their bids. Selected cases

From December 2017 to June 2018, FORTEM assisted Carestream with the prequalification phase and the bid process for Region Syddanmark’s tender for RIS/PACS diagnostic systems (also called “RIPA-Syd”).

The last time Carestream bid on a tender in Denmark was five years ago. Based on previous experience, Country Sales Manager for Carestream Denmark Christian Vigh believed that it would be necessary to bring in a Bid Manager, that could assist with the complex tender process.

FORTEM has assisted KONE with two tenders for lift-maintenance services. The first tender was from the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces, where FORTEM helped KONE get prequalified. The second tender was from the Danish Building and Property Agency, where FORTEM assisted KONE during the entire bid phase for the tender.

KONE is a global service company that delivers elevators, escalators, door- and gate solutions. KONE has 52.000 employees all over the world with 225 of them working in Denmark.

In the beginning of 2016, FORTEM assisted COMSA with bidding on the tender for Odense Light Rail. COMSA is an international contractor company, that operates all over the world. COMSA specializes in infrastructure projects, such as construction of bridges, tunnels, metros, railways etc. and is specialized within the utilities sector and the field of solar power.

Even though COMSA already had a lot of experience with bidding on public tenders and possessed a lot of knowledge about the public sector from an international perspective, they had not won any tenders in Denmark or in Scandinavia in general.
