ESG, Sustainability, and Management Systems

We develop ESG reporting, method statements, and management systems for companies and public authorities within areas such as sustainability, CSR, quality management, and processes (Standard Operating Procedures) to support the structured execution of contracts.

Our methodology descriptions and systems are practical tools designed to ensure governance, structure, and operational progress. Our sustainability plans document initiatives, impacts, and the company’s year-on-year improvements. This sends a clear signal to external stakeholders while strengthening both the organization and its employees.

Sustainability plans and ESG reporting are used, for example, as reports on company websites, within tender materials, and in customer communications. We also experience that they help strengthen the company’s strategic direction and motivate employees in their daily work. We always conclude with a company presentation, where employees are introduced to the plan and learn how their own efforts can contribute to development, reduce CO₂ emissions, and support a more sustainable everyday operation.

We develop method statements and management systems within IT, construction, and facility services. This includes descriptions relating to quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001 – formerly OHSAS 18001), as well as related frameworks such as IT security and governance. We also develop descriptions of subsystems and operational procedures that help organizations prepare for audits and certifications.

Our process descriptions are, for example, incorporated into procurement specifications to establish the framework for the execution of contracts and service delivery. In addition, we develop Standard Operating Procedures used within IT, construction, and facility services.
